roasted garlic tomatoes ...

i absolutely love tomatoes, i typically eat them raw, or as salsa, occasionally adding it to a recipe or making a red-sauce. adding a bit more flavor, i roasted tomatoes with a bit of garlic, olive oil and salt & pepper. very simple, yet very delicious.
